Job Responsibilities

Operations:
Oversee and supervise the day-to-day sales operations duties to ensure smooth workflow
Engage in sales activities, and lead the team in achieving good sales targets
Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports
Plan duty roster in accordance with the prevailing Manpower guidelines and ensure appropriate staffing levels
Ensure that the visual display and merchandising of products are in accordance with the prevailing guidelines
Ensure that the fixed assets in the outlet are well maintained and in good condition. To report if there are any faulty or loss of equipment. Monitor and control the movement of equipment and moving stocks
Provide relevant on-the-training in particular guest service
Provide supervision and coaching to team members
Establish and maintain good interpersonal and working relationships with Business Partner

Administration: Prepare and submit management reports, when necessary

Job Requirements:
Diploma or above with shop management experience
Self-initiative, independent and enthusiastic
Sound knowledge of imaging-related products
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of managing small team of people
Passion for Photography and Service would be an added advantage

Additional Information:
