Responsibilities:
· Serve the customers with a professional and courteous manner
· Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs/trend
· Assist in handling daily sales activities, operation and merchandising display work
· Present product knowledge to customers and handle enquires and complaints
· Explain the Features, Advantages, Materials & Texture of products to customers
· Stocks management
· Make suggestion to customers of how to clothes matching with our products

Requirements:
· Form 5 or above
· Min. 1 year in Customer Service or Retail experience (Applicant without CS or Sales experience will also be considered)
· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
· Polite, pleasant, proactive and outgoing
· Self-motivated, fast learner and willing to learn
· Good communication and presentation skill
· Passionate, good team player and guest-oriented
· Basic knowledge in computer operation
