Handle customers enquiries through email, online platforms and phone calls with courtesy and efficiency, Provide prompt responses and solutions for customer inquiries,Keep track on the orders and delivery issues,Responsible for customer service, ensure frontline services in upmost standard


薪金 :

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話優先; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂中文打字; Good communication skills, willing to learn & able to work independently
