工作內容 :



To handle enquiries from shoppers/ tourists about the shopping mall;To handle telephone enquiries and complaints from public and tenants;To ensure the smooth operations of various redemption programs and reward card member related issue;Assist with team internal documentation if needed


薪金 :

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; (To offer assistance/ services to shoppers as needed in a helpful manner)
