Answer inbound calls,emails & live chats to deliver good customer service; Maintain close relations and comm. with front line staff and ensure the operations are in accordance with the co. policies and ensure quality and timely delivery of services and achievement of overall customer satisfaction

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂MS Word; 懂MS PowerPoint; 懂MS Outlook; 具有基本電腦操作知識; 1 years’ exp. preferably in customer service/ hospitality/ call centre; (Admin.support)
