工作內容 :



一般客戶服務員工作, 一般文書工作, 回覆客戶電郵, Input FLM/SLM call information in the system and dispatch it to FLM team, Monitor FLM call status to meet the SLA, Consolidate documents/ ATM key/ retained card returned by the crew, Make a SLM call appointment between FLM team and bank


薪金 :

每月$18,000 - $20,000, 酌情性花紅, 牙科福利, 醫療保險 及穿梭巴士服務, 上午7時至下午7時, 每週工作6天,輪...

要求學歷 :

中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 懂MS Excel; 具有一般互聯網知識; 懂中英文電腦操作
