工作內容 :



透過電話解答客戶的一般查詢並致力提供客戶滿意的服務; 把握機會在通話中推廣公司產品/服務或跟進續約事宜; 恰當地處理客戶的投訴 (有強積金/公積金,公眾假期,有薪婚假)
薪金 :

每月$15,000 - $20,000, 有超時工作津貼, 年假14天, 在職培訓, 醫療福利, 新人獎$6000, 表現獎金 及輪班...

要求學歷 :

Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge
