工作內容 :



To handle enquiries through the hotline;To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements properly;To proactively learn and grasp the latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties


薪金 :

每月$15,000, 有超時工作津貼, 銀行假期, 年假12天, 輪班津貼, 在職培訓 及晉升機會, 上午7時半至凌晨0時半, 每週工...

要求學歷 :

中六程度; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; (Handle customer complaint&dispute case with care&professionalism)
