工作內容 :

一般客戶服務主任工作, 處理客戶查詢及投訴, 與客戶聯絡, 接聽客戶服務熱線, 跟進客戶個案, Answer inquiries and complaints from customers via phone calls / emails;; Provide support to the sales and marketing team; Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned


薪金 :

要求學歷 :

中五程度; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂中文打字; 具有基本電腦操作知識; Work independently, organized , self-motivated and customer-oriented mindset; Immediate availability
