工作內容 :

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls efficiently; resolve, manage and escalate problems logged; professional and courteous manner; deal with internal contacts, external vendors/contractors and customers effectively; handle after-call activities to effectively manage workload


薪金 :

要求學歷 :

中六程度; 2年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般英語; 略懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 懂MS PowerPoint; 懂MS Excel; 懂英文打字; 必須有使用顧客服務系統經驗;能在節奏快的工作環境工作;能快速及有效地處理客戶要求
