工作內容 :



To handle hotline calls and complaints cases escalated from 1st tier team members and provide solutions to tackle customers requirement; To jointly work with other departments and identify possible solutions to settle the case; To assist Team Manager/ess in statistic reports compilations


薪金 :

要求學歷 :

中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 具有基本電腦操作知識; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good analytical and problem solving skills
