工作內容 :
To handle hotline calls and complaints cases escalated from 1st tier team members and provide solutions to tackle customers requirement; To jointly work with other departments and identify possible solutions to settle the case; To assist Team Manager/ess in statistic reports compilations

要求學歷 :
