工作內容 :



To handle customer enquiries received via email, live chats, social media and phone in a rapid response environment; Ensure customer enquiries and feedback are attended to quickly (within SLA) and effectively resolve their queries with courtesy


薪金 :

每月$15,000 - $20,000, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時及星期六: 上午9時至下午1時, 每週工作5天半 ...

要求學歷 :

專上教育：學士學位; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Must be digital savvy
