工作內容 :
Supervise a team of 5 to 10 ppl to ensure service level agreements are met; Responsible for staff quality through monitoring work output, coaching and identify ongoing training needs; Identify requirements and needs to drive team performance in an efficient and effective manner; Motivate the team.
薪金 :
每月$18,000 - $23,000, 星期一至五: 上午8時45分至下午6時15分, 每週工作5天

要求學歷 :
專上教育:學士學位; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; Experience in customer services management,at least 2 years exp in ops or applications process mgt.
