工作內容 :

Follow up the sales & route orders of overseas agents; Provide customer services, handle complaints & answer inquiries from clients; Proactively update the shipment status to client; Answering calls & solving inquiries from clients; Work closely with overseas agents to handle air freight arrangement


薪金 :

每月$13,000 - $25,000 (視乎經驗而定), 有銀行假期,酌情性花紅,牙科福利,醫療保險,超時工作津貼,交通津貼及雙糧,...

要求學歷 :

中七程度; 3年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂電腦文書處理; 懂Microsoft Office; 具有一般互聯網知識; 懂中文打字; 具有基本電腦操作知識; With 3 years customer services working experience in air freight industry
