工作內容 :

Assist customers in resolving service/system issues and complaints promptly. Provide analysis to create requirement specifications for customer. Perform analysis, recommend solutions, and create customer services focused product requirement specifications to drive business improvement changes.


薪金 :

每月$30,000 - $40,000, 有雙糧, 銀行假期 及酌情性花紅, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天 ...

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 10年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Solid experience in freight operations and customer services.
