工作內容 :

一般客戶服務文員工作, 解答客戶查詢, 處理客戶投訴, 一般文書工作, Provide correct and precise information to other departments which is based on SOP or customer’s instruction;Coordinate with Overseas and other departments to provide timely response to customers


薪金 :

每月$13,000 - $16,000, 有雙糧, 年假11天, 銀行假期, 酌情性花紅 及超時工作津貼, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下...

要求學歷 :

專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Excel; 具有基本電腦操作知識; Relevant Experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred
