客戶服務主任

工作內容 Facilitate and handle all customer service duties. Conduct regular contact calls with loyalty clients. Handle complaints. Generate additional projects for the technical team. Work with technical and workers team to coordinate all bookings. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned



要求學歷 : 專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂視窗操作; 懂中文打字; Patient and detailed oriented, good communication skill and able to work under pressure
