SPA Guest Relations Officer

工作內容 Job Descriptions:
- Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handling all customer enquiries and Spa bookings in an accurate and efficient manner
- Following up with member package
- Answering telephone calls and reply email enquiries
- Maintaining a good relationship with members and guests
- Ensuring smooth running of Spa, helping to maintain Spa clean and tidy
- Facilitating monthly sales report and provide clerical support to the team
Job Requirements:
- Form 5/ DSE or above
- Minimum 1 years’ front desk operations and guest service experience in related discipline, candidate with more related experience and/or higher qualification will be considered as a senior role
- Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated and independent
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, typing skill, knowledge of POS and spa software applications are preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of Spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Shift duty required
